Getting started with Zendera

This article covers signing in, resetting your password, finding your way around the app, managing your own account, and inviting your team.

Pick your path

Zendera serves three main roles. Start where you fit:

Dispatcher — coordinate deliveries, manage drivers, and optimize routes. Begin with How the system works, then Order Overview and Tune routes.
Driver — use the Zendera Driver mobile app to complete deliveries. Download it from Google Play or the App Store .
Receiver — track your orders using the tracking links you receive by email or SMS.

Go to https://app.zenderatms.com .
Enter your Email and Password.
Click Sign In.

How to reset a forgotten password

On the sign-in screen, click Forgotten password?
Enter your email and click Submit.
Open the email you receive and follow the link.
Enter your New Password twice and click Submit.
Sign in with your new password.

If the page says the reset link has expired or was already used, request a new one from the sign-in screen.

How to navigate the app

The side menu on the left takes you everywhere in the app. It has two states:

Collapsed — a narrow rail of icons. Hover an icon to see its name. Click the menu button (three lines) at the top to expand it.
Expanded — every entry with its label. Click Minimize at the top to collapse it again. The expanded menu also shows which Organization you’re working in.

The main entries, from top to bottom:

Entry	What it’s for
Create new order	Opens the form to create a new order manually.
Import CSV	Import orders from a CSV file. Only in the expanded menu.
Search for order	Find an order by entering one or more fields. This is the quickest way to pull up an order.
Order Overview	Live map and driver timeline. Best for seeing the status of every driver at a glance.
Order Control	The full table of orders. Search, filter, edit, change status.
Tune routes	Adjust the optimizer’s plan by hand — move stops and lock them to a driver.
Draft Orders	Orders that came in incomplete (for example a new location that didn’t match during import), waiting to be fixed. The number of drafts is shown next to the label.
Tasks	Documentation, notes and inputs that drivers add to orders during their workday.
Registry	Your master data, in tabs: Customers, Locations, Drivers, Workshifts, Products, Vehicles and Groups.
Reports	Standard and custom reports.
Cargo carriers	Cargo carriers left at and picked up from your locations. Only shown if your organization uses cargo-carrier accounting.
Settings	Organization-wide configuration, users, pricing, notifications and integrations. Only shown to Administrators.
Talk to us	Report a bug, suggest an idea, ask a question, or send general feedback to Zendera.
Your name	Opens your Account page.

In the collapsed rail, the same entries appear as icons, except Import CSV, Reports and Cargo carriers.

Your account

Click your name (or your initials in the collapsed rail) at the bottom of the side menu to open your Account page.

The Profile card shows your Name, Email, Phone and Address.
The Account card shows your Company, Role, Profile created, Last login and Last updated.

How to edit your profile

On the Profile card, click the pencil (Edit). The Edit account panel opens.
Change your First name, Last name or Phone. Your Email is your sign-in name, so it can’t be changed here.
Click Save.

How to change your password

Open Edit account as above.
Under Change password, enter your Current password and your New password.
Click Save.

Leave both password fields empty to keep your current password.

How to switch the app language

Zendera is available in English, Norsk, Dansk, Svenska and Íslenska.

At the bottom of the Account page, click the language you want. The app switches straight away — there’s no Save button.

How to switch organization

If you have access to more than one organization, the Account page shows Switch organization at the top.

Pick the organization from Switch organization.
Confirm with Switch. The app reloads with that organization.

How to sign out

Click Sign out at the top of the Account page.

How to invite a new user

Permission: Admin only.

Open Settings → Organization → Users.
Click Invite user.
Fill in First name, Last name, Email and Role (Administrator, User or Terminal worker).
Click Send invitation.

How to add a driver

Drivers don’t sign in to the web app — they use the Zendera Driver mobile app. You add them as driver records under Registry → Drivers. See Drivers.

How to find an order quickly

You can find an order in three places:

Search for order — in the side menu. Enter one or more fields and search.
Order Control — open the list and use the search and filters at the top.
Browser address bar — if you know the order ID: https://app.zenderatms.com/orders/<order_id>.
