Understanding Zendera

Core Concept

Zendera is a dynamic transportation management system. This means it continuously optimizes routes and assignments based on real-time data:

  • Orders come in → System plans optimal routes
  • Data changes (new orders, delays, etc.) → System re-optimizes
  • Dispatchers assign → Drivers see orders in their app
  • Deliveries complete → System updates status
