Before You Start
Quick checklist:
- Check System Status for known issues
- Verify you have the latest app version (mobile users)
- Try refreshing your browser (web users)
- Check your internet connection
Mobile App Issues
Common Mobile Problems
App won’t start or crashes:
- Force close and restart the app
- Check for app updates in your app store
- Restart your device
- Clear app cache (Android) or delete/reinstall (iOS)
Can’t log in:
- Verify username/password with dispatch
- Check internet connectivity
- Try switching between WiFi and mobile data
- Contact your dispatcher for credential reset
GPS/location not working:
- Check location permissions for the app
- Enable high-accuracy GPS mode
- Try restarting your device
- Clear app cache and restart
Push notifications not working:
- Check notification permissions for the app
- Verify Do Not Disturb mode is off
- Try logging out and back in

Camera/barcode scanning issues:

🌐 Web Interface Issues
Browser Problems
Page won’t load or display incorrectly:
- Hard refresh: Ctrl+F5 (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac)

Can’t access certain features:
