Before You Start

Quick checklist:

  • Check System Status for known issues
  • Verify you have the latest app version (mobile users)
  • Try refreshing your browser (web users)
  • Check your internet connection

Mobile App Issues

Common Mobile Problems

App won’t start or crashes:

  • Force close and restart the app
  • Check for app updates in your app store
  • Restart your device
  • Clear app cache (Android) or delete/reinstall (iOS)

Can’t log in:

  • Verify username/password with dispatch
  • Check internet connectivity
  • Try switching between WiFi and mobile data
  • Contact your dispatcher for credential reset

GPS/location not working:

  • Check location permissions for the app
  • Enable high-accuracy GPS mode
  • Try restarting your device
  • Clear app cache and restart

Push notifications not working:

  • Check notification permissions for the app
  • Verify Do Not Disturb mode is off
  • Try logging out and back in
  • Contact your system administrator or email care@zendera.no if issues persist

Camera/barcode scanning issues:

  • Check camera permissions
  • Clean camera lens
  • Ensure adequate lighting
  • Try force-closing and reopening app

🌐 Web Interface Issues

Browser Problems

Page won’t load or display incorrectly:

  • Hard refresh: Ctrl+F5 (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac)
  • Clear browser cache and cookies
  • Try incognito/private browsing mode
  • Update to latest browser version

Can’t access certain features:

  • Check user permissions with administrator
  • Try different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
  • Disable browser extensions temporarily
  • Check if popup blocker is interfering

Data & Import Issues

CSV import failing:

  • Check file format matches CSV template
  • Verify required fields (pickup/delivery locations) are present
  • Check for special characters or formatting issues

Orders not creating:

  • Verify location addresses can be geocoded

Driver & Vehicle Management

Assignment Issues

Driver not receiving orders:

  • Confirm driver has required skills for orders

Vehicle capacity problems:

  • Review vehicle specifications and limits
  • Check product dimensions vs vehicle capacity
  • Verify load calculation settings
  • Consider route optimization parameters

Access & Permission Issues

Can’t access admin features:

  • Verify user role has admin permissions
  • Check with system administrator
  • Try logging out and back in
  • Review user group assignments

Features missing from interface:

  • Check user permissions and role
  • Verify feature is enabled for organization
  • Try refreshing browser/restarting app

📡 Connectivity & Performance

Network Issues

Slow loading times:

Intermittent disconnections:

  • Try different browser or incognito mode

API calls failing:

  • Verify API endpoint URLs and methods
  • Review rate limiting and permissions

Integration sync problems:

  • Verify API keys are active and correct

System-wide outage:

  2. Use backup communication methods with drivers
