Settings — Company & General

Permission: Admin only.

The Company and General tabs hold your organization’s basic information and the operational templates orders are taken in against.

Company

The first tab. This is where you update your company details.

Company Settings
Company configuration with organization details, contact information, and branding settings

Most-changed fields:

  • Company info — org name, logo, billing contact.
  • Time zone and locale — controls timestamps in the UI and the default language.
  • Default order time windows — used when creating orders without explicit times.
  • Working hours — your “normal” hours; affects late-stop calculations.
  • Unit system — metric or imperial.

General

The General tab is where you create order types — the operational categories used when an order is taken in (e.g. “Standard delivery”, “Same-day”, “Pallet”).

Related templates also configured here or under their own settings:

  • Vehicle types — the categories the optimizer matches against (e.g. “Van”, “Truck > 3.5t”, “Refrigerated”). Each Vehicle has one type, and each order requires one — only matching vehicles will be considered by the optimizer.
