A plain-language summary of the improvements we’ve released, newest first. Each month is split by product so you can jump straight to the app you use:

Planning & Dispatch

  • Talk to us — feedback, built in. Send feedback to the Zendera team without leaving the app, and review what you’ve submitted in one place.
  • Tracked product units. New settings give you finer control over how individual items are tracked.
  • More ways to filter locations. Filter the locations list by address, contact person, skills, and groups to find what you need faster — and spot duplicate external numbers automatically.
  • Cargo carrier visibility. Admins can now control cargo carrier visibility in organization settings.
  • Invite terminal workers. Assign the terminal worker role when inviting a new user.

Track & Trace

  • Fresh new look. Track & Trace now uses Zendera’s refreshed brand for a cleaner, more consistent experience.

April 2026

Planning & Dispatch

  • Workday insights. A new workday view shows where drivers spend their time, with a map and timeline.
  • Clearer driver status. Hover the driver status indicator to see what each state means.
  • Discounts on prices. Price templates now support discounts.

Customer Portal

  • Order details page. See everything about an order in one place.
  • Prices with VAT. Order details now show the price excluding VAT with a clear tax breakdown.
  • Fresh new look. An updated design with new icons and colors.

March 2026

Planning & Dispatch

  • Location contacts. Add multiple contacts to a location, each with their own notification preferences.
  • Edit drivers faster. Update a driver’s vehicles and skills inline, right from the driver table.
  • Clearer batch ordering. Batch cards now show sequence and lock controls when they share a sequence.
  • Flexible commission. Per-item driver commission is now available for all price types.

Customer Portal

  • Smoother order creation. A redesigned order-create flow that’s clearer and faster.
  • Vehicle loading. New screens to view loading details, package by package.

Track & Trace

  • Group by order. Group the view by order for easier reading.
  • Better on tablets. A single-column layout with delivery status pinned to the bottom.

Planning & Dispatch

  • Driver workday timeline. A new timeline shows how a driver’s day unfolded.
  • Workdays on the map. See workdays on a map, with extra filters to narrow the list.
  • Planned driver routes. View a driver’s planned route directly on the map.
  • Custom driver sorting. Sort drivers in the planning board the way that works for you.
  • Edit workshifts faster. Open the workshift editor directly from the driver table.
  • Pricing & commission on orders. Order details now include pricing and commission breakdowns, with inline commission editing.

January 2026

Planning & Dispatch

  • Workday analytics. New analytics and a per-day details view show how drivers spend their time.
  • Time-on-location insights. New views show how long drivers spend at each stop, including a score on every location’s details page.
  • Split or copy orders. Move or duplicate products into a new order in a few clicks.
  • Notification history on orders. Order details now show every notification sent for that order.
  • Calendar view in analytics. A new weekday calendar view.
  • Smoother sign-in. An improved organization selector and sign-in experience.

December 2025

  • Custom fields. Define your own fields, fill them in on locations, and report on them.
  • Group pickups & deliveries. A new toggle to group pickups and deliveries while planning.
  • Better notifications. More control over the messages your customers receive.

New: the Terminal App. We released Terminal App, a web app for terminal staff to compile and load vehicles — with load lists, detailed load views, click-to-load, loose-product handling, and barcode scanning. Want access for your terminal? Contact support@zendera.no.
