Settings — Track & trace
Permission: Admin only.
Settings → Notifications → Track & trace controls what the track & trace page shows to the people receiving your deliveries. Recipients open the page from the tracking link in their SMS or email notifications — no app download or login needed.

Most settings are on/off toggles. Click Save changes at the top right to apply.
Package overview
| Setting | What it does |

| Is visible | Show the package overview to recipients. |
| Show number of colli | Show how many colli the shipment has. |
| Show number of trade items | Show how many trade items the shipment has. |
| Show button to package details | Show a button that opens the package details. |
The last three settings are only shown while Is visible is on.
Stop

Recipient actions

Package details modal
| Setting | What it does |

| View type | What the package details list: Only colli, Only trade items, Colli and trade items, or Group products by warehouse location. |
| Allow to register wrong quantity or damage | Let recipients report wrong quantities or damage. |
| Allow multiple people to check a delivery | Let more than one person check the same delivery. |
| Group order products by ERP order | Group the products by the ERP order they came from. |
When Group order products by ERP order is on, the ERP order fields settings choose what’s shown for each ERP order: Show external system, Show internal ERP number, Show transport order ID, Show sorting code, Show customer comment and Show reference.
Cargo carriers

| Picked-up cargo carriers | Show the cargo carriers picked up at the location. |
| Delivered cargo carriers | Show the cargo carriers delivered to the location. |
| Balance | Show the location’s cargo carrier balance. |
| Show all cargo-carrier products | Include every cargo-carrier product. |
When Show all cargo-carrier products is off, pick the products to show in Visible cargo-carrier products.
Start with the basics (package overview, driver contact), then turn on self-service options such as contactless delivery and changing delivery intervals, and enable damage and wrong-quantity reporting once your recipients are used to tracking.
